Your voice and your unique way of walking in the world matters. As a therapist, I provide a warm and curious space where your inner knowing is encouraged. Your vulnerabilities, grief, anxieties, and all parts of you are welcome. I work with individuals of many backgrounds and intersections, and am particularly called to sit with those seeking to explore identity, intuition, grief, life transition, and spirituality. My clients often hold multiracial identities, identify as highly sensitive people, are a part of the LGBTQI+ community, or experience chronic illness.
I draw on many approaches in session, but often work somatically and believe that our bodies hold profound wisdom for healing. I am collaborative, curious, and honest. I encourage working with ritual as a way of bringing intention to one’s healing as well as other modalities that allow for movement, creativity, and tuning into the present moment. It is important to me that you feel seen and understood. My hope is to empower you and honor your complexity, sovereignty, and intuition.
A little about me: I identify as queer, Japanese American and white, an oldest sibling, a reiki practitioner, a lover of spontaneity, storytelling, the outdoors, poetry, photography, writing, and connecting and co-creating with community.
