The first step to finding your way is often becoming lost. You may be struggling with despair, addiction, isolation, fragmentation from who you are and who you are destined to become. These do not have to be the end of the path, but rather the beginning of profound awakening and joy. We can use times of crisis to do more than cope and survive. I am a guide who has traveled these paths. I am called to help you through these processes with compassion, love, and with full awareness of the complexity and strangeness of becoming. I am versed in queer, alternative, and neurodiverse ways of being. Let’s explore the weird liminal space!
I am highly integrative in my approach. I work primarily relationally, between you and I, and in depth, with causes not just symptoms. I am verbally direct and will encourage you to experiment with your own authentic expression. I will encourage you to find grounding in your bodily experience. I find IFS to be highly effective in self-regulation and trust.
I know this is not possible without social justice narratives, as power and privilege inform our many cultures like the air we breathe. I am committed to equity and engagement with the structures that are not right. Safety and thriving is predicated on real and meaningful systemic change, and I support both interpersonal and broader efforts for change.
