Exploration into our inner process doesn’t have to be a lonely journey. I'll walk with you as you start to discover who you really are, and advocate for you along the way. We don’t have to get into the thick of it right away, in fact, I encourage you to find a pace that feels comfortable for you! I'll advocate for that, too. New relationships take time to build trust. Sticking to your sense of timing is important to this working! My approach is thoughtful, grounded and with an unwavering presence. We won’t shy away from topics that society deems taboo.
I work from a depth/Jungian orientation which means sifting through and understanding the various roles you wear throughout the day to uncover what’s entirely you. Depending on what’s alive in the room, there are lots of other things we can try; expressive arts and music, somatics and breathwork, dreamwork, sand tray, and play therapy are all possible.
You may feel like you’ve lost your way or are in search of who you are and why you're here. I'm here to remind you you have a lot to offer and are needed. Trauma can interrupt our connection to self - reorienting to what you are beyond this is where we begin. Together we will explore your discomfort, trusting that it will lead you to the heart of your gifts.
