I honor your inherent wholeness and have deep trust in your capacity to access your innate wisdom as a pathway for healing. We all have within us a deep well of inner knowing. When we are connected to this place, we become empowered to make choices that align with our most authentic self. At times, we may feel lost, stuck, confused, or disconnected from our power. Together, we will work to bring awareness to any barriers that might be affecting your ability to connect with and trust your inner guidance. Recognizing that each path is unique, we will explore approaches that support your individual journey, acknowledging that your process of growth and healing is personal to you.

My wish is to cultivate a therapeutic container that feels safe for you to show up exactly as you are— in your messiness, grief, joy, excitement, anger, and everything in between. I am dedicated to welcoming all parts of you with kindness, compassion, and non-judgmental awareness. I see you as an expert in your own experience and strive to center your strengths in our work together. My therapeutic approach is holistic, relational, and transpersonal. We will tend to your body, mind, and soul, recognizing the interconnectedness of these aspects of your being. I utilize experiential, mindfulness-based, and somatic awareness approaches. I draw on the wisdom of nature and am passionate about helping others reclaim their connection to the natural world. By observing nature’s cycles and processes, we can gain valuable insights and perspectives about our own internal landscapes.

I was born and raised in San Francisco, California and identify as biracial (Mexican American), neurodivergent, and heterosexual. I am a therapist trainee working towards a master's degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University. My own personal healing journey has been supported by ancestral and intergenerational healing work, self-reflection through journaling, the wisdom of nature, ritual, embodiment practices, shadow work, herbalism, and examining my areas of privilege and bias as a part of liberation work. I envision a world where every being without exception is happy, healthy, and free. This dream shapes the way I engage with my daily life and guides my work as a therapist.

It would be an honor to walk beside you and support you along your path of healing.

We are all just walking each other home.” ~ Ram Dass
