I'm authentic and direct. I value science equally with the domain of intuition and art. My style is anchored in cognitive science, attachment theory, mindfulness, social justice, parts work, somatic psychology, and archetypes. I'm queer and LGBTQIA+ aligned, and I consider myself an especially huge nerd with evolutionary psychology.
I specialize in helping people reset to a secure attachment style. My other main areas of focus are addiction, autism, ADHD, and chronic illness (with extensive experience helping people navigate medical gaslighting, HIV/AIDS, TBI, and long-covid).
A key model I use is Non Violent Communication. It's usually used for relationship scripts, but to me, it goes far beyond communication skills. The heart of it can reach the depths of identity and cognition. When it’s fully digested, NVC encourages the kind of reflection, ownership, and boundaries that can help heal maladaptive thinking.
